Target Batch Search

Online clones/tags retrieval for human and mouse expression experiments

Use : The system will retrieve all the CleanEx Target entries corresponding to the given input identifier list and the given organism. Possible queries include Entrez_GeneID-to-target retrieval as well as Gene_Symbol-to-target, RefSeq-to-target or Unigene-to-target retrieval. The output consists of a target list with their CleanEx identifiers and a link to each individual entry. Each target is associated with its corresponding target type and quality value.

The input is a list of Sequence identifiers ( Entrez GeneID, RefSeq, Unigene, Official gene symbols (Genew/MGI), GenBank/EMBL accession numbers or Target identifiers.
A precise description of identifiers formats for targets is given HERE.

Please remind that only identifiers found in the list of datasets incorporated in CleanEx will be retrieved.

(A detailed description of the CleanEx database can be found here.)
