MeSH-oriented data selection and extraction module

Choose the appropriate categorical classes.
Once you have selected the MeSH classes, you can either :

  1. Go down one level of the MeSH category tree to refine your data search
  2. Extract the data in CleanEx which correspond to the selected MeSH biological classes

Output is given as three files :

  1. Matrix file : The numerical data is provided as a matrix tab-delimited text file. Lines represent experiments, and columns represent "features" on the chip used for the experiment.
  2. Experiment file : The ordered list of experiments, one experiment per line, with the following fields : experiment number(position of the corresponding row in the numerical matrix)|EXPERIMENT experiment number (corresponding experiment number in the original CleanEx dataset)|Short sample description|Experiment description
  3. Feature file : The ordered list of "features", one feature per line, with the following fields : Feature number(position of the corresponding column in the numerical matrix)|Feature Identifier|Feature related target sequence|Feature description
