MeSH-oriented data extraction and comparison module

This tool will allow you to select two experiments'pools belonging to two different biological classes and to compare the expression values of these two classes.
An example of a classic research that could be done is :

Choose the appropriate categorical classes for your two experimens pools to compare.
Once you have selected the MeSH classes, you can either :
  1. Go down one level of the MeSH category tree to refine your data search
  2. Extract the data in CleanEx which correspond to the two MeSH-selected biological classes

Which part of the MeSH tree are you interested in ?

Tick corresponding box to extend the tree to one level down in both columns.
Each column represents one of the experiment pool
The comparison will occur between experiments in the first column compared to experiments in the second column
