Find Specific Experiments in CleanEx Expression Datasets

CleanEx datasets are annotated with MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms. If you are familiar with MeSH, you can search datasets directly via official MeSH terms. Otherwise, you can make a free text search in the datasets annotations.
Select your search type :

Enter your query in the boxe below. Separate your search term with either one of the following operator words :
  1. AND
  2. BUT NOT
  3. OR
The AND and BUT NOT operators limit retrieval and the OR operator expands it. The search terms are combined using the operator which separates them.
The example shown below will extract from CleanEx the Human and Mice experiments containing the MeSH terms "Colon" and "Neoplasms" but not the ones containing the term "Neoplasm Metastasis"
Note that the search is case insensitive, but that the operator terms have to be written in upper case.

If you want to make a more general selection on datasets and not on specific experiments, go to the CleanEx "Datasets Query Form".
