Find CleanEx Expression Datasets

CleanEx datasets are annotated with MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms. If you are familiar with MeSH official terms, you can search datasets directly via official MeSH terms. Otherwise, you can make a free text search in the datasets annotations. The output precision then depends on the datasets' original annotation

Enter your query in the box below. Separate your terms with a ",". A dataset matches your query if all words appear in any experiments of the dataset, independently or in the same experiment.

QUERY TARGET DATASETS
Breast,NeoplasmsAll datasets containing "Breast" AND "Neoplasms", in the same experiment as well as in different experiments
Breast,Neoplasm MetastasisAll datasets containing the words "Breast" AND "Neoplasm Metastasis", but not "Neoplasms" alone
